Bugles Across America

Bugles Across America SOUND THE HONOR-HONOR THE SOUND Bugles Across America now has over 7500 bugler volunteers located in all 50 states and growing number overseas.

The mission of Bugles Across America is to sound live Taps at military funeral honors nationwide, ensuring that each veteran is recognized with the dignity and respect they have earned through their service. Since the Department of Veterans Affairs is expecting more than 1/2 million veterans to pass every year for the next 7 years, Bugles Across America is ALWAYS recruiting new volunteers. Bugler

Volunteers can be male or female. They can play a traditional bugle with no valves, or they can perform the ceremony on a Trumpet, Cornet, Flugelhorn, or a 1, 2 or 3 valved bugle. The bugler can be of any age as long as they can play the 24 notes of Taps with an ease and style that will do honor to both the Veterans, their families, and the burial detail performing the service.

**Do you play the bugle, trumpet, or cornet? 🎺**

Bugles Across America is always looking for dedicated volunteers to help us honor our veterans. Our mission is simple but deeply meaningful: to ensure that every veteran receives a live sounding of "Taps" at their funeral, delivered with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Whether you are a seasoned professional, a student, or an avocational player, your sound can make a lasting impact for a veteran's family when they need it most.

On a windswept and rainy Sunday, Bugles Across America proudly participated in a local Memorial Day church service. The weather didn't deter the church community from paying their respects by moving outdoors for the final military honors of a moment of silence, three volleys and the sounding of Taps.
