For the past twenty years, Lakeway Area Habitat for Humanity has assisted low-income families in the Lakeway Area become homeowners. We have helped more than fifty families achieve their dream of homeownership! We are now accepting applications in both Hamblen and Grainger Counties!

SCAM ALERT: Beware of Fraudulent Home Repair Offers! We've recently become aware of individuals claiming to represent Habitat for Humanity and offering home repair services that seem too good to be true.

Be cautious of anyone who:

- Promises free or heavily discounted home repairs without an application process.
- Requests payment, gift cards, banking information, or personal documents upfront.
- Uses the Habitat name, logo, or mission in a way that seems suspicious.
- Pressures you to act immediately or urgently.

Verify before you trust if someone claims to be from Habitat for Humanity. Contact us directly before providing any information or making any payments.

Look for official communications information about Habitat's programs, services, and homeownership opportunities. Application periods will always be shared through official website and social media channels.

Thank you for helping us protect our neighbors and community members from scams. If you see a suspicious post, message, or advertisement using the Habitat name, please report it.
