Over the past two days, we have had the pleasure of hosting every kiddo at Morristown Elementary School for our Dino Days celebration! Kids earned a trip to the library for demonstrating good behavior and participation.

We welcomed them with a storytime (featuring Edwina the Dinosaur Who Didn't Know She Was Extinct by Mo Willems), a chance to vote on the name of our new brontosaurus friend (the winning name will be announced soon!), play time with our games and dinosaur books, and a craft to make scales for our new bronto. The kids were so pumped about the library and it was great to see their energy!

Thank you to MES for collaborating on this with us and for Pat, Lisa and Brenda for helping out!

Join the Morristown Centennial Library and tons of other great local organizations and performers for Lamoille Family Fest - free & Fun for kids and families! Geared toward children ages 0-12 but all are welcome.

Lamoille Family Fest will be held in the back (and inside if raining) of Morristown Elementary School on June 6 from 11:30A – 2:00P.

(Please not that there will be no Sensory Storytime that day so kids can attend the event!)

The Lamoille Family Center is celebrating 50 years of serving the community at Lamoille Family Fest!

Entertainment by DJ Big Homie Wes, musical performance and singalong with Lesley Grant and Jess Zehngut and performance by Rockin' Ron the Friendly Pirate.

Food, "snack"tivities, art projects, wiggly worm and compost sensory activities, planting projects, touch-a-tractor, face painting, temporary tattoos and free books. Drive up car seat safety checks, playground, games, sensory activities and more! Rain or shine.

Congratulations to our reining champions: Lenka & Amelia! They finished this gorgeous puzzle of Moss Glen Falls that the Stowe Free Library let us borrow. They completed the puzzle in 2 hours, 18 minutes, and 16 seconds. Great work!

Today we planted the gardens with tomatoes, peppers, beans, cucumbers and basil. Then we decorated rocks and shells to liven up the beds until they bloom! 🍅🐚🎨🌱
