Unfortunately, Morrisville Moves with the Mayor is canceled for tomorrow as I'll be out of town.

Even though we won't be meeting as a group this week, I still encourage everyone to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and get some movement in. Whether it's a walk through the neighborhood, a run, or time with family in one of our parks, every step toward a healthier lifestyle counts.

We'll be back next week, and I look forward to seeing everyone then. Have a great weekend, Morrisville!
