Morrisville State College Teacher Education Transfer Program Students in the program also have a concentration.

The Morrisville State College Teacher Education Transfer (TET) Program is designed to help students explore their interest in a career in teaching at the elementary or secondary level. Students have the opportunity to become familiar with current issues and employment opportunities in this field and to do forty hours of guided fieldwork at area schools, beginning in their first semester of the pro

gram. Students choose one of three programs, depending on the grade level of the students they will eventually become certified to teach: Early Childhood (birth - grade 2); Childhood (Grades 1-6); or Adolescence (Grades 7-12). There are six concentrations: English, History, and Social Studies (for EC and C only) lead to an Associate in Arts degree; and Math, Biology and Chemistry lead to an Associate in Science degree.
