🚧 PUBLIC NOTICE: UNION BANK PARKING LOT PAVING 🚧

Please be advised that the downtown Union Bank parking lot, including the connector access to the Brigham Street Municipal Lot, will be closed for paving from Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 5.

During this time, residents and visitors are encouraged to seek alternative parking locations, as increased demand is expected in nearby municipal parking areas.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary disruption.

Major Party Candidate Filing Deadline Today

To appear on the Primary Election ballot (August 11, 2026), major party candidates must submit their completed Consent of Candidate form, a petition with the required number of valid signatures, and all required financial disclosures by 5:00 p.m. today, Thursday, May 28, 2026.

• State Ethics Disclosure: Candidates running for non-federal statewide office, the General Assembly, and county offices must submit the State Ethics Commission’s Financial Disclosure form alongside their consent paperwork.

• Where to File: Ensure paperwork is delivered to the appropriate filing officer (the Secretary of State, District Clerks, or County Clerks, depending on the office sought).
