The Morrow Fire Department employs 24 full-time Firefighter EMT'S and Paramedics, and 3 Chief Officers. We are an ISO Class 1 department that operates two ALS ambulances, two engines, a 105' ladder truck and a command vehicle The Morrow Fire department is well prepared to protect the citizens and visitors of Morrow.

The Morrow Fire Department proudly recognizes Captain James Weeks for 20 years of dedicated service to the City of Morrow. Throughout his career, Captain Weeks has demonstrated exceptional commitment to public safety, professional development, leadership, and service to the community.
β€’ James Weeks began his career in public safety in 1990.
β€’ He joined the Morrow Fire Department on June 5, 2006.
β€’ He has dedicated 20 years of service to the City of Morrow and more than 35
years to the public safety profession.
β€’ Promoted to Fire Captain in 2023. He is Currently the Captain of B Shift.

You may have noticed increased police and fire activity around Southlake Mall. Clayton County Fire, City of Morrow Fire and City of Forest Park Fire, along with our Police Departments, are conducting a simulated mass casualty training exercise May 26-28 at the new Arena at Southlake area. Travel through the mall area may be difficult due to the large number of emergency equipment

Clayton County Fire & Emergency Services (EMS), in partnership with local public safety agencies, will participate in a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Night Training Exercise at 1300 Southlake Circle, Morrow, GA 30260. For more details, visit the 'Comments' section of this post.
