We can be grateful to Judge Cooper (and others like him) who continue to upload the rule of law.

A judge ordered the Kennedy Center to remove President Trump’s name, saying that it had been added unlawfully. The judge also temporarily blocked the institution from closing in July for renovations, months after Trump announced a two-year closure. https://nyti.ms/49w7ogb
