Latah County Fair 2026 camper and animal registration is now OPEN! **All registrations are due August 15, 2026** https://www.latahcountyfair.com/p/fair/register

Please gather the following information, prior to registration (one transaction per exhibitor):
All primary and floater animal’s (if applicable) tag numbers issued at initial weigh in
Name and address of the original livestock producer
Address of where your project animals were raised during the season
If camping: length, make/model, and license # of the camper
Picture of market project (public ready for Latah Market Animal Sale use; saved as First Name _ Last Name)

On the online form you will provide the exhibitor information and camping information, select Type of Project, provide the tags , Program and name of Club/Chapter, select the respective Fitting/Showing and Quality class, and list out who your project can be stalled with. Per Fair rules, each exhibitor is limited to four animal exhibits. Attach your picture, provide the address of where your animal was purchased and raised, and review and agree to the Animal & Sale Terms and the Exhibitor and Camping Terms, select the # and type of projects you are registering, and submit to move to the payment screen and provide payment information. Be sure to print your registration receipt, as they are needed for the youth record books. Repeat this process for EACH exhibitor in the family.

ATTENTION LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS:
For the next 3 weeks, the Latah County Fair Board will be hosting Fair Fun Fridays. Come learn at the showmanship clinic and then practice your skills during the blow and go show! 🤠🐮

Rules:
✅All livestock must be broke and handled by exhibitor.
✅Show will be blow and go with casual attire.
✅Trailers will park on southwest lawn and in area between main building and Small Animal Barn, exhibitors will show off of their trailer.
✅No stalls will be available, but wash racks will be open if needed. ✅Participants must clean up after themselves and their animals.
✅Showmanship will be broken down by the following categories (if entries warrant): First Year, 1-4 years’ experience, 5-10 years’ experience.
✅$10.00 entry fee will be used as cash awards to all class winners.

🐴 Tomorrow’s the day! We can’t wait to see everyone at the Latah County 4-H & Open Horse Show!

We’ve been monitoring the air quality, and tomorrow’s forecast is under 100 AQI, so the show is on! We’ll continue to monitor conditions throughout the day and adjust accordingly if necessary to keep our members and animals safe.

⚠️ Travel Reminder: Hatter Creek Bridge is still under construction, and Google Maps will route you around it. Please allow a little extra travel time.
