Be Community Mindful. Moses Lake School District media platforms are intended to be a safe, positive environment to inform the community. They are not an open forum to chat with MLSD staff or the Board of Directors. Comments will be removed if they:
• Are not related to relevant to the topic of a post
• Contain links to websites that are not owned or managed by MLSD
• Contain information about students that is protected from public release by state and federal law

We are excited to introduce Kathleen Bergstrom as the new Associate Principal at Park Orchard Elementary! Kathleen brings a passion for building relationships, supporting students and staff, and partnering with families to help every child succeed. We know she will be an incredible addition to our Grizzly family and can't wait for you to get to know her.

Congratulations to these well deserving families for raising $200 or more during the Jog A Thon Fundraiser.

These funds will help provide Park Orchard Students with fun assemblies, activities and experiences next year!

Today we had 30 families earn a VIP Pizza Party with water games, a hydration station, games and giveaways for raising over $200 in donations or sponsors for the jog-a-thon! Go Grizzlies! 💚 🐾

Today we celebrated our Jog-a-thon! All gift cards and awards were donated by local businesses. We are so grateful for the hard work families did to contribute to this event! Way to go Grizzlies!! 💚 🐾

Moses Lake School District on a 2-Hour Delay Today - May 29

Dear Moses Lake School District Families and Staff,

Due to power outages and to assess damage caused by last night's storm, Moses Lake School District will operate on a 2-hour delay today.

Bus routes will run two hours later than their normal schedules, and schools will begin two hours later than usual. District staff are continuing to assess conditions across our schools and transportation routes this morning to ensure the safety of students and staff.

While we are planning to operate on a delayed schedule, conditions continue to be evaluated. Additional schedule changes, including possible cancellations, may become necessary if circumstances warrant. Should any changes occur, they will be communicated as quickly as possible through our district communication channels.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide a safe learning environment for our students and staff.
