Main Street Park

Main Street Park To reserve the pavilion please email [email protected] or call 229-668-0028 between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on weekdays.

A reservation is not required, but it is recommended. The Main Street Park is a new Park developed by the City of Moultrie on the former site of the Vereen Memorial Hospital. This page is to develop awareness of the Park in the community, provide information about the Park. The Main Street Park Group, a group of citizens interested in supporting the park, has come up with a plan to add improvement

s to the park plan, such as additional fencing, additional play equipment appropriate for younger children, additional benches and picnic tables, and shade trees to enhance the planned features of the Park. These additional benefits are estimated at $150,000. The United Way has made a very generous donation of $45,000 to the park fund.
