We measure the success of this organization by our number of active members, by their degree of participation in Alumni and community sponsored activities, by Alumni volunteer effects on behalf of the community and by their advice, counsel and financial contribution to the community.
Mission:
To enhance and advance the relationship between Mound Bayou and all its Alumni, to inspire lifelong loyalty and pride among alumni and friends by strengthening their continued relationship with the community in every way. To build on the proud history and tradition of the community.
Vision: To be a vital partner in the success of the Mound Bayou Community through significant engagement of alumni and stakeholders. To rebuild the city of Mound Bayou and The JFK high School back to prominent state,
Goals: Provide Alumni and Stakeholders with meaningful opportunities to
--Continue the process of getting our school back in Mound Bayou
--Strengthening ties to Mound Bayou and create a growing relationship with and among Alumni
--High light the achievement of its Alumni
--Promote a sense of good will in the community
--Create an advanced Alumni program that will stimulate interest, build loyalty, increase involvement and generate support for the city of Mound Bayou.
--Develop a comprehensive database of all Alumni
--To develop a website with an online newsletter regarding significant events in the lives of Alumni and the community
--To assist with the planning and organization of reunions.
--To provide financial support to the community and its various organizations.
--Develop Alumni programs that foster fellowship among Alumni and encourage the physical, moral, and spiritual growth of the community.

Respond to disgruntled members' calls and solicit feedback for improvement.
Contact delinquent members prior to cancellation and encourage them to renew
Determine and implement methods to recognize and reward members
Determine and implement methods to involve members in chapter committees, programs and activities.
