Flagpole Wrapping-2015
A BIG thank you to Lee Stegal, Story Hour/Summer Reading Coordinator, for suggesting we wrap the flagpole on May 1! That was a fantastic idea!. Thank you, Bo Merrick, for making something to attach the streamers to and putting it up for us. Thank you, kids, for coming and helping wrap the pole. Present besides Lee were Louise Williams, Dee Jones and grandchildren, Brody and Makayla, and Bradon Boss. It looks beautiful!

City Wide Yard Sales: June 6. We will not be making a map nor charging a fee to put your name on a map and for publication. Didn't feel it was fair for some to pay and not all, so we will be trying it this way this year! However, the city wide will be published in the paper.

The Library Board discussed the fact that high school kids have a lot of work that has to be done on computers. They understand that a lot of people don't have access to a computer or internet. SO, they have decided to open the library in the evenings, upon request, and IF you have studies that need done on a computer. You will need to contact someone on the Library Board for this to happen, or call City Hall 328-3411 or Ruth 620-820-3234. Library Board members: Bachele Blackburn, Teresa Jones, Lee Stegal, Louise Williams, Mollie Ybarra, Dee Jones, Pat Myers.

SUMMER READING--2014
Our last day of summer reading was filled with balloon games, cake with root beer and orange floats and prizes! Thank you, Mrs. Lee for all your HARD work getting this summer of fun together. Also thank you to helpers Louise Williams and James Brooks.

Enjoying the fun and fellowship at "Fayrene's Craft Class". This class is the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month starting at 1:00. All are welcome to attend, young and old!
