Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of Creek County Sheriff's Deputy Adam Heitman.

Deputy Heitman dedicated his life to serving others; as a United States Marine, a Kiefer Police Officer, and a Creek County Sheriff's Deputy. He faithfully served our community with honor, compassion, and dedication.

The Mounds Police Department extends our heartfelt condolences to Deputy Heitman's family, his fellow deputies, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. We also keep his K9 partner, Thanos, in our thoughts.

Rest easy, Deputy Heitman.
Thank you for your service and sacrifice. We will take it from here.

Tag your friends. More modes to come! 👇

🚗 Mode 1: Roadway Regulars – We can level up our safety by watching our speed, looking twice before changing lanes and buckling up for every trip, every time.

🚴‍♀️ Mode 2: Micro Movers – Keeping Micro Movers safe is a shared responsibility. Level up by sharing the road, wearing your helmet and staying visible.
