Been a cold 🥶 cold start for these guys at the farm but happy to see them thriving on this spring like day! We call them “white plains pasture pigs” our own breeding “program” has been successful.
Hardy midsize pig with a one year grow out and great fat to meat ratio! Friendly enough and easy to manage and excellent foragers.
Freezer clean out coming up

We have been gifted another healthy batch of babies. All girls! Mama is unsure but we are hoping her instincts kick in.

Little Pig update. 🐖
Girls are growing great and hope to be off to freezer camp in Late May, first of June.

They are growing a little slower than we first calculated, but the weight they are putting on is steady and in all the right places! 🥓

Part of what we wanted to breed was a smaller pig that grew to market weight in a reasonable time frame. Looks like we may be on target! 🎯

These pigs are happy, nourished and living their best life. Can’t wait to taste it!

Big shout out to Luke at The White Elephant for the Mash! Pigs are digging in and loving it.
