UPDATE: He has been found and is safe. Thank you for your assistance! | FPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critically missing 86-year-old Benjamin Oliver, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.

Mr. Oliver left his home around 5:50 p.m. on foot and his direction of travel is unknown. He does not have access to a vehicle.

He was last seen wearing flannel plaid pants, a royal blue shirt and glasses.

If you see Mr. Oliver or have information about his whereabouts, please call 911 immediately.

* Until 445 PM EDT.

* At 418 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Ellicott City, or near Historic Ellicott City,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...For those in the direct path of a tornado touchdown,
flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur.
Mobile homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is
likely.

Baltimore, Columbia, Elkridge, Historic Ellicott City,
Baltimore-Washington Airport, Ellicott City, Catonsville,
Woodlawn, Milford Mill, and Lochearn around 425 PM EDT.
