At the Lupus Foundation of America, North Carolina Chapter the health and well-being of people with lupus is our highest priority. Due to the growing concern around the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and in alignment with recent recommendations laid out by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health experts, we have made changes to our Walk to End Lupus Now events, in-person programming, and office operations.

Welcome to Day 1 of our Virtual Walk Kick-Off Event. Each day we'll have a topic we're focusing on, a video to accompany the topic, and a daily challenge. Today's topic is all about walk information for each walk site and how to register to start fundraising. Let's get started!

TODAY! We're kicking off our Virtual Walk Kick-Off Event. Log back onto our page around Noon EST every day this week to learn about a new topic in regards to our Walk to End Lupus Now events in 2020. As a bonus, each day we'll have a daily challenge for individuals to take part in and a prize will be awarded each day!
