Last night, we had the privilege of celebrating this man. Dave has given 48 years of dedicated service to the Mt. Blanchard and Delaware Twp. community. For 45 of those years, Dave has served as our chief. Dave will continue to serve on the department and pass on his knowledge and experience. Thank you, sir, for 45 years of dedicated leadership!
