👤🖼️Body Image: Intro! (Next is Skills!)

Body Image is what we believe that we look like. Many people struggle with this chronically, but something positive to take from it is that it’s not anyone’s fault.

We have these issues due to our experiences— things that have happened TO us. We aren’t bad for having negative body images.

We just have to make steps towards fixing what life might have broken.
Follow along with our page to see the steps one can take to improve body image!

Understanding Mental Health 🎓🧠
W/ Coping Skills!

It takes TIME to develop really good coping skills. Give each of your chosen coping skills a chance to develop. Try them a few times before deciding if they “work” or not.

Sometimes, you even have to jump from one skill to another!

What skills do you use to cope with stress and maintain mental health?

✨ In 2025, CYS distributed 2,343 essential items to youth and families in our community. 💙

From hygiene products and clothing to food, school supplies, and household necessities — these items helped provide support to individuals facing difficult circumstances.

Every donation, partnership, volunteer hour, and shared post helps make this impact possible. Thank you for helping us continue providing hope and healing to those we serve.
