The water main in the Grand Lodge parking lot has been repaired. Service was restored last night at 9:30 pm. There is some cleanup that remains that will be addressed. The District is actively working to repair a water mainline break in the Grand Lodge parking lot . The Grand Lodge is the only building affected by this shut down during the repair. This will be for an undetermined amount of time but plan to restore water service as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. WATER MAINLINE REPAIR COMPLETE
The District has repaired the water mainline break near 13 Castle Road. All services have been restored as of 1pm today. Castle Road will be down to one lane to allow the flow fill road base material to cure for the next few days. The District would like to thank all of our residents for your patience and cooperation during the water outage. As water is turned on, you may experience air in the lines or cloudy water as the water lines fill. Please flush thoroughly to return fresh water to your service line and in-house plumbing. The District has located a water main break near 13 Castle Road. Crews will be on site December 2nd to determine the extent of the break. Please conserve water as much as possible during this time. WATER MAINLINE REPAIR COMPLETE

The District has repaired the water mainline break near the 500 block of Gothic Road. All water lines have been pressurized, all restrictions have been removed, and water service has been restored. The District would like to thank all of our residents for your patience and cooperation during the water outage. As water is turned on, you may experience air in the lines or cloudy water as the water lines fill. Please flush thoroughly to return fresh water to your service line and in-house plumbing. The District has been working diligently to repair the water main break at the 500 block of Gothic Road. A temporary repair was in place last night in order to keep water service on. This morning, crews will be making the final repairs to the pipe and the below service area map shows the approximate areas that will be affected by this shut down during the repair. This will be for an undetermined amount of time. However, the intent is to keep it as brief as possible and water service restored by this afternoon at the latest.

During the Repair: Refrain from using water to prevent air from entering your plumbing. Using hot water will drain your hot water tank or boiler which could introduce sediment into the in-house plumbing and/or cause appliance damage.

Following the Repair: You may notice air in the line or cloudy water. Please flush thoroughly to return fresh water to your service line and in-house plumbing.

GPRS Inc. will be conducting in-line survey work with the use of CCTV equipment of the main wastewater line from October 7th through October 18th. This project may cause isolated lane closures and delays while crews are working. The Mt. Crested Butte Water & Sanitation District has contracted with Vine Laboratories to have core samples taken along Gothic Road. Utility crews will be boring test holes on and around Gothic Road from September 30th through October 11th. This project may cause isolated lane closures and delays while crews are working.
