The vision of the GTDC is to provide a

commitment within our community to:
• Increase the number of Democrats holding office in Lake County communities, Florida and the USA
• Build awareness that Democrats are a large and active population within our local communities
• Organize active membership within the GTDC to support Democratic Ideals
• Provide venues for interaction between members to discuss political issues. Election Goals & Activities:
• Provide Candidate Meet & Greets
• Field & support local Democratic candidates
• Get out the vote

- call & canvass fellow Democrats
• Track voter statistics

• Participate in community events
• Sponsor forums
• Sponsor speakers
• Coordinate media outreach

• Build active membership
• Help involve members in campaigns
• Educate members on critical issues
• Empower members' social commitments
• Participate in Florida and National Democratic Conventions
• Create awareness of Lake County DEC events

• Provide opportunities for members to interact, relax and discuss political views and issues.
