Wildcat Band,

The next playoff game will be on Friday at 7:00pm at New Caney High School. That’s about 3 hours from Mount. We will leave at 2:00pm and have dinner at a new Cici’s in Porter, which is close to New Caney. We will be home around 2:00am, so be ready for a long night! Friday will be an early release, 1:00p.m. Dress warmly and be ready to cheer our boys on to the State Championship!!! Go Cats!!!!

Happy Thanksgiving, Wildcats! I am so thankful for each of you and the dedication you have shown to your band mates and our incredible Wildcat Football team! Please see below for this week’s breakdown:

Tuesday, November 25th
12:00pm - Cafeteria -Thanksgiving Dinner for Football, Cheer and Band! This is going to be a tremendous feast brought to you by our amazing parents! Please make every effort to attend, how often do you get this many Thanksgiving feasts!

Friday, November 28th - Game Day
11:00am - Call time
11:30am - Leave for Henderson
1:00pm - Kick off. We are the home team vs Overton. We will win 64 - 30.
4:00pm - Return home

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our JH One Act Play! They won first place at UIL District Contest. Every single cast and crew member medalled which is super rare!!! Way to go, Cats!!!

Congratulations to our High School Wildcat Twirlers!! They all received 1’s on their solos, and a 1 on their ensemble! They are headed to State!!! Congrats, Nevaeh, Livie and Cheyanne!!

To our many fans: The value and success of our program can never be defined by a judges rating of one performance. It’s defined through our hard work, growth as young musicians and the joy we have and share through our performances. The Wildcat Marching Band has one job and that’s to provide outstanding support to our football team, cheerleaders and fans every Friday night! Our directors believe we accomplish this better than anyone else! We are proud to be Wildcats, and can’t wait to get out there each week and cheer our boys on to State!

Thank you all so much for your support, loyalty and love for our program! It’s never been a better time to be a Wildcat!! Go Cats!!!
