A Mansfield native, Brown spent his youth working on his family farm bailing hay just outside of Lexington.

He knows the value of our rural land and culture in Morrow County.

Brown was a champion of the Butch Lewis Emergency Pension Plan Relief Act that restored pensions to several retirees in 2021.
