It’s Time to Slate the 2025-2026 PTO Board!

We are excited to present the proposed slate for the West Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Board for the 2025-2026 school year:

It’s time, West Bulldogs 🐾
Our big event is ON for tomorrow — rain or shine!

Event kicks off at 5:30 PM
• Shuttles start running
• Games, food trucks, and fun begin!

At 7:30 PM:
• Join us for the West Celebration Video, immediately followed by a showing of The Sandlot under the stars 🌟

IMPORTANT INFO:
• Due to today’s rain, we strongly recommend bringing camping chairs or waterproof picnic blankets. Seating will be on the field and basketball court.
• No general parking on site. Shuttle/drop-off only at the front of the school.
• Limited handicap and pre-approved volunteer parking only.
• Do NOT park in any area marked with a red X on the map—this is a towing zone.
• Volunteers were pre-approved and are on a list at check-in.

SHUTTLE INFO:
• Shuttles pick up from Cooks and Silver Springs - we suggest trying those first, especially with other events happening at MJHS tomorrow night.
• Look for the signs labeled: WEST ELEMENTARY SHUTTLE PICK UP/DROP OFF

We’ve extended ticket sales through the event in case last-minute plans allow you to join us!
Just show your receipt at check-in — that is your ticket. (Nothing will be emailed.)

We are excited to invite you all to our end of the school year celebration: A Movie Under The Stars!

Join us Friday, May 9th at West for an outdoor movie showing of The Sandlot on a giant 40 ft screen! We will have free games to play and tasty food trucks with dinner to purchase! Help us celebrate 65 years of West Elementary School with a nod to the past and toast to the future, as we bid farewell to our friends leaving West and welcome those who will be joining us next year.
