Honored to provide lunch for our first responders on shift today at WEMA Station 10 and Mt. Juliet Fire Station 1. They protect and serve our community and I was so happy to meet and thank them and find out how I could best support them if I'm privileged enough to become the next District 16 County Commissioner.

Big news for Mt. Juliet! 🚧

The Central Pike interchange project is now scheduled for construction in 2029! This is a major step forward in addressing traffic and supporting our city’s continued growth.

This didn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of strong advocacy and teamwork at every level.

I also want to recognize our Board of Commissioners and the many residents and partners who have helped push this project forward.

Thank you to Mark Pody and Susan Lynn for their support in Nashville, and to our incredible city team — especially Public Works Director Matt White — for the hard work behind the scenes.

We’re making real progress, and this is a big win for Mt. Juliet’s future. 👏
