Honored to provide lunch for our first responders on shift today at WEMA Station 10 and Mt. Juliet Fire Station 1. They protect and serve our community and I was so happy to meet and thank them and find out how I could best support them if I'm privileged enough to become the next District 16 County Commissioner.

Big news for Mt. Juliet! 🚧

The Central Pike interchange project is now scheduled for construction in 2029! This is a major step forward in addressing traffic and supporting our city’s continued growth.

This didn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of strong advocacy and teamwork at every level.

I also want to recognize our Board of Commissioners and the many residents and partners who have helped push this project forward.

Thank you to Mark Pody and Susan Lynn for their support in Nashville, and to our incredible city team — especially Public Works Director Matt White — for the hard work behind the scenes.

We’re making real progress, and this is a big win for Mt. Juliet’s future. 👏

Thank you, Wilson County!

I am truly honored and deeply grateful for your support in this primary election. This victory belongs to all of us who believe it’s time to turn the page and move our county forward.

Your votes, your encouragement, and your faith in this campaign mean more than I can put into words. We are building something great together - neighbors, families, and friends - who care deeply about the future of District 16. But we’re not finished yet!

Now, we take the next step — united, focused, and ready to keep working hard for transparency, accountability, and real progress for every resident of Wilson County. Like we say in the Marine Corps: Semper Fi—always faithful!

Let’s keep going!

Hello, I’m Byron Embry, and I’m running for County Commissioner in District 16.

Right now, Wilson County is at a crossroads — and the decisions we make today will shape our future.

You’re hearing different perspectives, and I respect that. Some want to preserve what they’ve built, while others are looking toward new opportunities — and both matter.

But leadership isn’t about choosing sides. It’s about bringing people together to find solutions that work for everyone.
Because we are one community — longtime residents and new neighbors alike.

My focus is simple: smart growth, strong infrastructure, better traffic flow, and making sure our first responders can reach you when it matters most.

That’s the difference between reacting to growth and planning for it.

As your County Commissioner, I’ll listen to every voice, lead with integrity, and deliver real results.

This isn’t about sides — it’s about solutions.

Let's turn the page and move Wilson County and District 16 forward.”
