WEMS has provided fly car services to the town of Mount Pleasant since 2016. The two paramedic fly cars are dispatched by the Mount Pleasant Police Department and respond alongside volunteers and staff from six local ambulance agencies.

Last night, WEMS paramedics Paul Fialkovic and Mike Revenson took part in Bedford Hills FD’s Westchester County ice rescue training. Multiple FD’s attended for the lecture and WEMS provided instruction on medical treatment of hypothermia, in addition to showcasing the gear we carry for such emergencies.
