Last night, WEMS paramedics Paul Fialkovic and Mike Revenson took part in Bedford Hills FD’s Westchester County ice rescue training. Multiple FD’s attended for the lecture and WEMS provided instruction on medical treatment of hypothermia, in addition to showcasing the gear we carry for such emergencies.

Early yesterday morning, just as the snow started falling, Paramedics Revenson and Schivley responded to a woman in labor and successfully delivered a baby. Afterwards, while getting breakfast, they were interviewed by ABC7NY for their coverage of Fern.
