The Mt. Morris Jamboree is back, beginning NEXT Friday, June 12!

Jonny Lyons and the Pride will take the stage beginning at 7 pm. Inspired by icons such as Ray Charles, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard and more, they deliver a sound that is deeply rooted in tradition yet charged with youthful fire.

The Mt. Morris Jamboree is a free concert series perfect for the whole family. Arrive early to save your seat, and grab a bite to eat from food vendors, shop the sidewalk vendors and stop in the art gallery on campus while enjoying the live music. Grab your dancing shoes and we look forward to seeing you there!

June is jammin’ in Mt. Morris! This month Is packed with music and fun activities for the whole family. Live music returns with the beloved Kable Band and the Friday Night Jamboree concert series filling the square with tunes the family can enjoy.

Encore Mt. Morris opens its 10th anniversary fine arts season with the popular Annual Area Student Art Show on the campus. Be sure to stop in and enjoy the art gallery and Mt. Morris Museum during the live music concerts this season.

The Mt. Morris Public Library is also bringing an exciting lineup of free programs for all ages — no library card required. The fun kicks off June 4 when Hoo Haven stops by for up-close lessons on wildlife for the whole family.

Recently there has been an increase in reports of solicitors within the Village of Mt. Morris. As of today, May 5, 2026, NO solicitor permits have been issued to solicitors by the Village of Mt. Morris.

Please contact Village Hall, 815-734-6425, to check if a permit has been issued. If you have any questions or are concerned it may be a scam, give us a call.

In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
