Our favorite "Beagle Scout" is back to headline the 99th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade this week. Snoopy & best friend Woodstock make their ascent this Thursday in New York City. This marks the 9th version of Snoopy, the Parade's longest-running character balloon
