Happy World Ocean Day!
Today, we’d like to share a glimpse into our exam rooms. Through our partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina Department of Child Abuse Pediatrics, children receive comprehensive, in-house forensic medical evaluations.
We go beyond clinical care by creating spaces that feel safe and calming. Our ocean-themed murals help children feel more at ease during a difficult experience.
These evaluations can identify medical needs, document potential evidence, and provide answers for children and their caregivers.

But it’s important to remember that they will also need time, comfort, and support from their caregivers. Here’s how you can help!
