South Bay residents recently enjoyed a beautiful summer afternoon celebrating the one-year anniversary of the South Bay Model Yacht Club. Residents gathered by the lake to showcase their model yachts, enjoy time with friends and neighbors, and take in the scenic waterfront setting.

Wellness hosted an impromptu 1‑year‑old birthday party for little Trixie, the sweet black pup — and our residents happily provided treats to make her day extra special.
