Another great day working on the Outdoor Cleanup project at ICRH! Thanks to several members of the Alma College Football Team progress was made to clean out the old roots and stumps in order to plant new things in the spring and update the front area. A huge THANK YOU to these athletes!

Isabella Bank showed up in a big way this week. They granted ICRH a $500 grant and a day of help from the Isabella Bank team. Their Compassion into Action members did a “spring” cleaning, getting rid of all of the cobwebs around the front of the building, replacing missing light bulbs, going around the building to pull weeds, get ready for the mulch beds and rake the yard. The place looks amazing! Their generous grant will be used for the tools and materials to help get mulch in place and plant perennials in the spring. We ❤️ you Isabella Bank!

Yesterday Marc and Cindy were busy at the CMU Health Professions Annual Volunteer Fair talking to students and faculty about ICRH. Many students were interested in volunteering after finding out what we do and how volunteers are a necessary part of how we operate. If you are interested in volunteering visit icrhouse.org and click on the Volunteer page for more information.

Friends of ICRH! We’ve got our now annual, low pressure opportunity for you to support ICRH by ordering gift cards for Texas Roadhouse. They can be used at any restaurant in the US and do not expire.

New in 2026, TRH is also selling 1) their amazing dinner rolls that will be frozen and ready for you to bake when you would like to have them at $8 per dozen and 2) their famous honey cinnamon butter at $4 for 8 oz.

Everything will be available in early November. Order and payment needs received by October 19.

Reminder - ICRH is selling Lapham’s vouchers. You can buy e-vouchers which don’t expire or physical vouchers if you pay by cash or check. More info in the flyer.
