The City of Mount Pleasant Parks and Recreations Department's mission is to enhance the quality of life for the Mount Pleasant community through a well planned and maintained system of public parks, facilities and recreation programs. The Department will continually strive to offer a balanced park and recreation system recognizing the need for both active and passive recreation including the prese

rvation of the natural environment. Through proper vision, the Parks and Recreation Department will offer public parks, facilities and programs that meet the leisure needs for the citizens of Mount Pleasant in the present and in the future. Non-Resident Policy: The City of Mount Pleasant residents make a significant contribution to the financing and operation of the Mount Pleasant Park & Recreation Department through city property taxes. To ensure equity, non-residents (those living outside the Mount Pleasant city limits) will be charged a non-resident fee in addition to the program fee.

Lap Swim: 12:00–1:00 PM
Open Swim: 1:00–7:00 PM

Admission:
Ages 0–3: FREE
Ages 4–15: $3.50
Ages 16 & up: $4.00

We want to thank our amazing community for making this pool season such a success! A very special shoutout to our dedicated pool staff who worked hard all summer long. We truly couldn’t have done it without you!

📣 Calling all Kindergarten–5th graders!

🏈Join the Mount Pleasant High School Cheerleading Team as they teach your little ones a fun cheer routine to perform before the Varsity Football Team takes the field!

This program will be led by Cheer Coach Nikole Keaster and her squad!

Let’s get ready to cheer for the Panthers!
