Fund Fact Friday: United Way was honored to provide a Matching Grant to Habitat For Humanity of Ionia County for funds raised in conjunction with their annual golf outing. Supporters contributed $6,750 and United Way maximized those donations by matching the first $5,000, resulting in a successful $11,750 Matching Grant!

๐—”: I have always valued family and community. When I happened upon a job posting with United Way of Isabella County, it seemed like the perfect opportunity for me to move away from work in the for profit sector. Joining the United Way team has been rewarding in many ways. Everyday we see the positive impact our work provides to our community. The work we do revolves around a culture of giving back. Being surrounded by dedicated colleagues, volunteers and community leaders who are focused on, working together, to create lasting systemic change is one of the most rewarding aspects of working for United Way.

Supporters contributed $11,200 and United Way maximized those donations by matching the first $10,000, resulting in a successful $21,200 Matching Grant!
