Central Michigan Veteran's Fund

Central Michigan Veteran's Fund Veterans Group Organized as a 501(c)-3, we hold one annual fundraising event which is a 4-man scramble golf outing.

The event's goal is to fund all operating expenses through golf fees and use 100% of our sponsorship donations for scholarship and PTSD initiatives.

Put a team together or sponsor a hole for our 17th annual fundraising event to be held at the Pine River Country Club in Alma, MI on September 5, 2026. Not only would we appreciate your support, but we would welcome any of your employees, family members, and friends on the course enjoying a day of golf with what really is a great group of people.

MPHS is hosting a Memorial Day 5K run/walk event at Island Park at 8am on Monday, May 25!

There is a 5K run/walk option, as well as a 1 mile walk option. All options are FREE and there will be doughnuts and beverages afterwards for the participants.

All donations will be given to the Mt. Pleasant American Legion Post and VFW Post.

After the 5K is the Memorial Day parade which starts downtown at 10 AM and finishes at the Vietnam Memorial in Island Park with a ceremony at about 10:30 AM, which the MPHS band will be performing in.

Make sure to wear your red, white, and blue in remembrance of those that served and gave the ultimate sacrifice. If you have any questions, please reach out to Luke Epple Jr. ([email protected])
