This morning, Christi Demitz and Misty Oebel (MSU Extension Health Educators) presented Stress Less with Mindfulness: Be Kind to Your Mind with Mindful Laughter at the Isabella County Commission On Aging.๐ŸŒŸ

This Back-to-School training was for Foster Grandparent Senior Volunteers, who serve in schools and childcare centers, working with at-risk students through mentoring and building connections. This workshop provided the volunteers with education on mindfulness tools to reduce stress and increase engagement with students.
