Mario Lozano-Rodriguez, 30 of Mt. Pleasant, was arrested on a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Resisting Arrest, and a Class C warrant.

Bryan C. Smith, 42 of Sulphur Springs, was arrested on a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Morris A. Wilson, 51 of Cason, was arrested on a warrant for Manslaughter.
