Never in my life would I ever feel like I’d have to post something like this, but I do. Please please please stay off the property. I understand it’s a very exciting house, but it’s not public property. This end goal of it being an air bnb is very near and I’m not sure anyone staying here would want people walking on the property as if it’s their own. There’s cameras covering the entire house. This is not the only instance as I’ll post another video that happened about two weeks ago. Anyone who wants to take pictures from the side of the road is more than welcome to, but this is still private property and it’s very disrespectful and could be hurtful to the guests that end up staying here. There’s alarm systems on the house that WILL go off if you step foot on the property. If anyone finds the people or knows who they are that I post and share please message me with names as they need to be trespassed. Thank you! Updates coming very soon. Floors should be done in about 9 days!

This is a rare vintage brochure from the Mount Plymouth Corporation that was in circulation in the 1920’s, highlighting the amenities in beautiful Mount Plymouth Florida.

Featured prominently in the brochure is the Gingerbread Cottage (currently in the process of being lovingly restored), along with the golf courses, tournaments, fishing, and the Mount Plymouth Hotel, frequented by Al Capone, whose bookkeeper was rumored to have lived in the Gingerbread Cottage.

“Homes at Mount Plymouth are distinctive
in type and are of unusual charm.
In architecture they are reminiscent of Old English,
Spanish and Italian design and with an occas-
ional home following Colonial pattern they
offer a colorful variation to the architectural
scheme.”
