Press Release—
With the help of the Ariel Foundation, The Station Break was able to upgrade one of our meal delivery vehicles with a 2026 Trailblazer. This vehicle will be used for multi purposes such as meal deliveries as well as transportation needs. By using this type of vehicle, it will allow The Station Break to be more cost-efficient, saving us thousands of dollars on repairs and fuel. The Ariel Foundation played a big part in supporting the Station Break in completing our goal of having our vehicles upgraded for multi-purpose uses.

We would like to thank the Ariel Foundation for your continued support of The Station Break Senior Center of Knox County.

Due to a waterline break the Station Break will be closed today onsite for meals and activities so repairs can be made. This DOES NOT effect the home delivered meals. Thank you!

I want to give a big shout out to our sponsor's of the 250th American Celebration. They are D.C. Tax Services, TASK Force for Older Adults, and Ohio Eastern Star. We couldn't make these events possible with out your help. Thank you to all the seniors that braved the heat to help us celebrate this big occasion. It was a hot one but they enjoyed water games, pie eating contest, cool fans and of course popsicles. I would like to thank all the volunteers and staff that made this event memorable for our seniors. Happy 4th of July!!!

Your Columbus Buckeyes will be playing a team of players barnstorming the state from cities abound, in a game of 1867 base ball. Come check out the game and see how it was played prior to big league contracts or even gloves. Bare handed masterful catches ate common and double plays come with ease. No milkboys here! Game is at 1:00 in Mt. Vernon. Please bring a chair or pop up to enjoy your boys demonstrating how the game is played.
