PUBLIC HEARING

The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to present proposed amendments to the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Liberty Township Hall, 8019 New Delaware Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio. After the conclusion of the hearing, the Zoning Commission will decide upon and forward its recommendations on this matter to the Board of Trustees for its action. The proposed Zoning Resolution changes may be read as posted on the township building bulletin board, or at the township website libertyknoxoh.org An electronic copy may be requested via the township email [email protected]

Roadway Superintendent

General Description of Position
Full time position responsible for skilled, administrative and supervisory work relating to road and right-
of-way maintenance for the township. Roadway Superintendent serves a critical role within the
township and is responsible for the operation of the Road Department. Position is charged with
maintaining the township roadways relating to safety and function and also maintains the township’s
real estate, equipment, vehicles and buildings. The incumbent will serve under the limited supervision
of the Township Trustees.
