Warning signs can look different from person to person, and sometimes a change in behavior may be the first indication that someone is struggling. Take a moment to learn the warning signs for both youth and adults and remember that reaching out can make a difference.

If you're concerned about someone, check in, listen without judgement, and encourage them to connect with support. You don't have to have all the answers to let someone know they're not alone.
