Did you know that sports physicals are valid for one year from the date of the actual physical exam? If your student plans to participate in multiple sports throughout the school year, their physical may cover more than one season!

Please check the date of your student’s most recent physical to make sure it will still be valid for their upcoming sport. Remember, a current physical must be on file before tryouts or the first practice, as applicable.

If your student needs an updated physical, please make arrangements to get one completed and turned in to the middle school office before the deadline.
