Skagit Critical Incident Stress Management Team Critical incidents are traumatic events that cause powerful emotional reactions in people who are exposed to those events. We are here as peer support.

Skagit CISM team consists of a group of individuals from the Fire, EMS, Dispatch and Law Enforcement fields that are trained in providing support and services to emergency responders after a traumatic event. Each team member is certified in various methods of providing critical incident stress debriefing. The team is available to respond immediately or on a scheduled day following the event.
