Our delivery drivers are on standby 24/7 in the event of a no-heat emergency, so you never have to go without the heat you need for long periods of time. Our customers can also trust our highly trained technicians to promptly respond to a boiler or furnace emergency (If you are enrolled in our Gold Shield Service Plan, you’ll have access to emergency service at no additional charge).

As a New York State resident, you can now apply for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) and receive financial assistance toward paying your Schildwachter Fuel Oil heating bills.

Eligible customers can get up to $996 in benefits, depending on how they heat their home. Your eligibility for HEAP depends on your income, household size, heating source, and if the household contains a vulnerable member.
