HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP! Today we join our community in mourning and honoring the brave men and women of the Christian County Sheriff's Office and all law enforcement officers involved following the tragic events in Christian County that claimed the lives of deputies and left others injured during a violent confrontation early this morning and last night. Officers from across the region and state worked tirelessly to bring the situation to an end, and we remember the incredible sacrifice these public servants make every single day to protect and serve our families and neighbors.
This is exactly why each year at the Ozark Chamber of Commerce we intentionally pause during our Annual Awards Banquet to honor the Christian County Sheriff’s Department and local law enforcement for their courage, commitment, and unwavering dedication to our community. Their service does not go unnoticed, and moments like this remind us just how much they put on the line.

The Christian County 100 Club is a local nonprofit that provides immediate financial assistance to the surviving spouses and dependent children of law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel who lose their lives in the line of duty.
