HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP! Today we join our community in mourning and honoring the brave men and women of the Christian County Sheriff's Office and all law enforcement officers involved following the tragic events in Christian County that claimed the lives of deputies and left others injured during a violent confrontation early this morning and last night. Officers from across the region and state worked tirelessly to bring the situation to an end, and we remember the incredible sacrifice these public servants make every single day to protect and serve our families and neighbors.

This is exactly why each year at the Ozark Chamber of Commerce we intentionally pause during our Annual Awards Banquet to honor the Christian County Sheriff’s Department and local law enforcement for their courage, commitment, and unwavering dedication to our community. Their service does not go unnoticed, and moments like this remind us just how much they put on the line.

If you are looking for ways to help or support the families of those who give so much, please consider contacting the Christian County 100 Club organization. You can also visit their website at www.christiancounty100club.org or email [email protected].

The Christian County 100 Club is a local nonprofit that provides immediate financial assistance to the surviving spouses and dependent children of law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel who lose their lives in the line of duty.

Our thoughts and prayers remain with the deputies, their families, and every first responder serving our community.

Please, no burning today!

🚨 Emergency Medical Responder Certification🚨

It's time to take your medical training to the next level! We are SO excited about this one!
This 2-day course is being brought to us by our good friend and EMT Chase Kraft, and it will take you FAR beyond CPR/First Aid and will raise your skills and knowledge to the point that you could secure a scene, administer life-saving medications, hook up medical monitoring equipment, and assist Paramedics and EMTs when the ambulance arrives!
This training is not just a simple weekend of sitting in lectures - You will have to study for this one. But, if you're willing to put in the work, you will become a highly valuable First Responder with the skills to react and save lives in nearly any situation.
Police officers and Firefighters are very often EMR-rated and now you can be too!
