Holiday Central provides clothes and toys for children and Christmas care packages (food and personal care products) for families in the Mt. Vernon school district.
Angels will be appearing in businesses and churches of Mt. Vernon early next week. Pick an angel, purchase the item listed and return it to the location where you picked the angel or drop it off at the Lawrence County Record, chamber of commerce office or Hope Center.
Tax deductible donations can be mailed to "Holiday Central, P.O. Box 348, Mt. Vernon, MO 65712.
A child can be clothed or a Christmas care package can be sponsored for $25 or a teen clothed for $50.
Deadline for making a donation or returning an angel is Monday, Dec. 9.
