This National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we're proud to celebrate Connor and his dedication to building a successful career in the skilled trades.

Connor has invested in himself by pursuing an apprenticeship in electrical work and is focused on achieving union certification to become a licensed electrician. In April 2026, he reached an important milestone by successfully completing his first year of trade school.

His commitment, determination, and willingness to continue learning are helping him build a bright future in a rewarding career. We applaud Connor for working hard to achieve his goals and look forward to seeing all he accomplishes in the years ahead.
