We will create and implement various policy initiatives which improve the quality of life for all residents.

Along with the Forward Thinkers, we have created the Mount Vernon Independent Business Alliance. The mission of the Mt Vernon IBA is to promote local buying by Mt. Vernonites for Mt. Vernon. In other words, we want to keep our dollars circulating in our community by having local residents shop locally.
