This video, made in collaboration with the Mount Vernon Historic Preservation Commission, highlights the mural on 1st Street and 1st Ave! The mural welcomes visitors to town while highlighting our three historic districts: Ash Park, Commercial, and Cornell College .

With that, let’s also welcome Cornell College ‘s students back to campus! We look forward to seeing you all in town!

Eric, who has lived and worked in the Mount Vernon-Lisbon community for 5 decades, brings a deep understanding of our communities. “I have a great desire to see our communities continue to grow and thrive. The CDG aligns with this vision, and I am honored to be allowed to participate in this pursuit. I hope to offer my understanding of our two wonderful communities in the effort to maximize our potential. ”

When asked about his favorite local place, Eric says he’s partial to a Fall Friday night at the Mount Vernon football stadium 🏈🍂

A fun fact about Eric? He is the proud parent of seven sons! And outside of work, his favorite hobby is spending time with his wife, sharing that they’ve been blessed to enjoy each other’s company more with each passing year. ❤️
