A meaningful career is about more than what you do every day. It's about why you do it.

At CSG, our employees support individuals in building independence, overcoming challenges, and reaching their goals. They celebrate milestones, build lasting relationships, and make a difference in their communities every single day.

Ask our team why they stay, and you'll often hear an unexpected response: the work changes them, too.

Through every challenge, every success, and every connection, they find purpose, growth, and the opportunity to be part of something bigger than themselves.

If you're looking for more than a paycheck—for a career where your work truly matters—we'd love to talk.

Behind every person receiving compassionate mental health care is a team of dedicated professionals. Many of whom are women that lead, mentor, advocate, and inspire others every day.

August is Women's Equality Month, and as we celebrate Women's Equality Day, we want to shout out the women across CSG whose leadership strengthens our organization and expands access to care throughout the communities we serve. Whether they're supporting individuals and families, leading programs, mentoring colleagues, or shaping the future of behavioral health, their impact reaches far beyond the workplace.

Thank you to all the women whose compassion, expertise, and leadership continue to move our mission forward!

Backpacks are packed. Schedules are filling up. New teachers, new routines, and new expectations.

For many children and teens, back-to-school season is exciting. For others, it can bring anxiety, stress, or a feeling that something just isn't right.

As parents and caregivers, it's important to look beyond school supplies and check in on how your child is feeling. Are they withdrawing from friends? Struggling with sleep? Expressing excessive worry about school work? Have you noticed changes in mood, behavior, or motivation?

Not every rough day is cause for concern, but ongoing changes can be a sign that your child may need additional support.

At CSG, we're here to help children, teens, and families navigate life's challenges with compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Through programs like EPIC, which supports young people experiencing early signs of psychosis, child and adolescent psychiatry services, and outpatient mental health care, we help individuals get the right support, at the right time.

This school year, make mental health part of your back-to-school checklist. Sometimes the most important thing you can ask isn't, "Are you ready for school?" It's "How are you feeling?"

When you hear the word "wellness", you may think of things like exercise, nutrition, or getting enough sleep. Those are all important factors, but our mental and emotional well-being deserve just as much attention.

Mental wellness doesn't mean "feeling happy all the time". It means having the tools, support, and resilience to navigate life's challenges. Recognizing when stress has become overwhelming, knowing when to ask for help, and understanding that seeking support is a sign of strength—not weakness.

At CSG, we're committed to helping individuals and families find the support that's right for them, from outpatient counseling and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) to specialized services like EPIC for young people experiencing early signs of psychosis.

This National Wellness Month, take a moment to check in with yourself, and with the people around you. Sometimes the most important step toward wellness is simply starting the conversation.

Sometimes weekly therapy isn't enough, but a hospital stay may not be the answer either. For a lot of people, the right level of care falls somewhere in between.

That's exactly what Partial Hospitalization is.

CSG's Partial Hospitalization Program offers structured, intensive support during the day while allowing individuals to return home in the evenings. It's designed for people who need more than outpatient care can provide but are stable enough to remain in their own environment. Close to family, routine, and the life they're working to get back to living.

PHP can be a meaningful step forward for someone navigating a mental health crisis that needs more than weekly check-ins.

Don't wait for things to get worse before reaching out. If you or someone you love has been struggling and needs more structured support, we're here to help figure out the right next step.

This month, CSG was proud to participate in AIRE Pride's Prideapalooza at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds, connecting with community members and celebrating the diversity that makes our communities stronger.

At CSG, inclusion isn't just something we celebrate—it's at the heart of who we are. From the services we provide to the workplace we strive to create, we're committed to fostering an environment where every person is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Disability Pride Month is a time to celebrate the strength, individuality, and contributions of people with disabilities while recognizing that a disability is a natural part of the human experience.

At CSG, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful life. Whether supporting individuals with IDD, mental health needs, or other challenges, our focus is always on helping people build independence, strengthen connections, and reach their goals.

Creating inclusive communities starts with seeing the person—not the diagnosis. It means removing barriers, embracing different abilities, and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and belong.

This month, and every month, we're committed to building communities where every individual is respected, empowered, and supported in living life on their own terms.

Mental health is something that affects everyone, but access to care, stigma, and lived experiences are not the same for everyone.

During Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, we recognize the importance of making mental health care more accessible, culturally responsive, and welcoming to all. Every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Sometimes the biggest barrier to getting help isn't knowing where to start. By having open conversations, reducing stigma, and connecting people with resources, we can help ensure more individuals and families receive the care they need.

At CSG, we're committed to meeting people where they are and providing compassionate, person-centered care that strengthens individuals, families, and communities.

Because everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthier, more hopeful life.
