***UPDATE*** The suspect is in custody.

At 451am Goshen Township Police were dispatched to 1349 Norma Lane for a domestic and upon arrival found a woman deceased by unnatural means. A male fled the scene in a black 2012 Ford Ta**us Ohio registration FRH2953. The vehicle was last seen at a high rate of speed westbound on Bypass 28 towards I-275. Wanted for the investigation in this case is: Steven Todd Mages 38yo. He has ties to Bethel Ohio. He should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen dial 911. Suspect image attached.

The name of the deceased is not being distributed until positive identification and notification of next of kin.
